DIRECTORS

In our business we aim to provide a very personalized and exceptional service to our guests, from the first contact via email or phone, to check-in all the way to saying goodbye after their stay. To make our guests' stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible, we are assisted by the following staff members.

 

Kobie Le Grange -- Director

Kobie is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the business and oversees all the various staff functions for the company.



 

Sean Cleary -- Director

Sean's current role is heading up the events and meeting management division for ITC Hospitality Group.



 

 

OPERATIONS STAFF

Our Operations team is responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the business. They provide a wide range of support functions ranging from maintenance, guest relations, finance and logistics, with the aim to provide our guests and homeowners with a superior accommodation experience.

 

Stephen Mulholland -- Office Manager

The Office Manager role is a vital position within ITC Hospitality Group. Stephen’s proactive management style ensures the upkeep and maintenance of all ITC Hospitality Group properties. Stephen is responsible for the overall coordination of maintenance work, housekeeping supervision and facilities management.

 

Ziyaad Sulaiman -- Operations Manager

The Operations Manager role that Ziyaad performs alongside his colleague, Stephen, is an indispensable position within ITC Hospitality Group. Ziyaad additionally ensures the upkeep and maintenance of all the ITC Hospitality Group properties within our portfolio. Ziyaad’s key responsibilities are regular inspections of the properties, general handyman repairs and liaising with contractors and suppliers for any work required.

 

Appointed -- Guest Relations Manager

The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for all guest-related questions and assistance prior to arrival, concierge services and enquiries throughout the guest’s stay and post departure follow-up. This staff member ensures that each and every guest has a trouble-free stay with ITC Hospitality Group.

 

Tina Morkel -- Finance

Tina has been with ITC Hospitality Group since 2013 and manages all aspects of ITC Hospitality Group Accounting Department, including bank reconciliations and trial balances.



 

Mike Ngunga -- Driver & Errand Runner

Mike joined ITC Hospitality Group in June 2016 and brings with him a wealth of experience in logistics. Mike is responsible for all logistical requirements for ITC Hospitality Group and assists the Operations Department. 



 

SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Our Sales and Business Development team combines 18 years of Travel and Accommodation industry knowledge. They drive sales by applying innovative marketing strategies and by developing and implementing growth opportunities within and between organizations.

 

Joy-Lynn Europa -- Reservations Manager

Joy-Lynn was recently promoted to the role of Reservations Manager, and brings with her fast experience in the hospitality industry and also from her role as Guest Relations Manager. The role is to combine product knowledge with industry experience to generate and facilitate sales. Joy-Lynn is responsible for the effective functioning of the Reservations Department on a daily basis, and is instrumental in ensuring our clients receive speedy quotes and confirmations.


 

 

Vacant - Currently Recruited -- Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager's key role is to proactively develop new business within the corporate, government and leisure travel segments and to nurture and manage our current partnerships within these segments.


 

 

HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

We have six fulltime housekeepers, that received their training from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. They are responsible for all aspect of housekeeping and guest related services.

 

Wanda -- Housekeeping

Wanda joined us fulltime in January 2007, and has three children.  Wanda’s laugh is infectious and she is a cherished member of ITC Hospitality Group!



 

Maureen -- Housekeeping

Maureen is the youngest team member of our housekeeping staff and was employed in July 2007. Maureen is a dedicated member of ITC Hospitality Group and known for her willingness to “go the extra mile” when called upon. She is the proud mother of a three year old son.

 

Nolwasi -- Housekeeping

Nolwasi is one of the temporary housekeeping staff members employed by ITC Hospitality. She brings a very bubbly personality and dedication to the team and she is always willing to assist.



 

Didi -- Housekeeping

Didi joined ITC Hospitality Group in October 2015 on a fulltime basis. Didi has one daughter is considered the “selfie queen” for her fabulously stylish WhatsApp profile photos.


 

 

Karin -- Housekeeping

Before joining the ITC Hospitality Group team in 2016, Karin was the personal housekeeper for the company’s Directors, Kobie and Sean during their four years in Riebeek-Kasteel. Karen is mother to two teenage daughters. Kobie and Sean are thrilled that Karen is back with them once again.

 

Agnes -- Housekeeping

ITC Hospitality Group employed Agnes in September 2014 and she is the proud mother of one son. Agnes is always one of the best dressed team members!



 

Thabisa -- Housekeeping

Thabisa is responsible for keeping the ITC Hospitality Group office in impeccable order and assists with regular apartment cleans when required. Thabisa has an eye for detail along with a calm and collected personality – refreshing for a sometimes frenzied office.

 

Andiswa -- Housekeeping

Andiswa recently joined the housekeeping team in a temporary position and will assist our current team with all their daily activities.
