We’ve also navigated some of the industry’s biggest challenges together, including the 2008 financial crisis, the Cape Town water crisis, load shedding, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Through every challenge, trust remained the foundation that allowed us to keep moving forward.

Since opening our doors in 2006, ITC Hospitality Group has continued to evolve.
From operating out of an apartment in Cartwright’s Corner to expanding into larger offices, welcoming guests during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, navigating COVID-19, launching One Thibault Hotel, and growing our corporate accommodation portfolio, every milestone has strengthened the business.
