Eskom who? One Thibault Residence is always on! Our building is unaffected by loadshedding. Guests can ensure that they stay connected 24/7 and won’t experience any of the electricity woes South Africans have become accustomed to.
Foreshore Coffee
Wake up and smell the coffee! The newest addition to One Thibault Residence is Foreshore Coffee. Situated in the residential lobby, this local coffee shop is the perfect place for our guests to catch a break and grab a bite without having to go too far. Foreshore Coffee is open to the public from 07:00 – 22:00 daily.

Situated in the heart of Cape Town City Centre, our building is located within close proximity to all of Cape Town’s best tourist attractions. Transport links to the V&A Waterfront are directly on the hotel’s doorstep, with the CTICC being 5 minutes away.
Safety & Security
Our security team is on-site 24/7 making sure that residents in the building are kept safe from any danger. With a daily routine consisting of area and building patrol, guests can feel safe as they move in and out for work and play. Our front desk team also checks in all visitors who move in and out of the building.
